At The Maniyar, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Customers may request a return within 48 hours of receiving their order only in cases where the jewellery item is missing or defective.

An unboxing video is mandatory for all return claims and must clearly show the sealed package, the complete unboxing process, and the issue with the product. Returns will be accepted strictly based on the evidence shown in the unboxing video, and requests without a proper video will not be considered.

Products are not eligible for return under any other circumstances. Please note that refunds are not provided; once a return request is approved, a replacement product will be issued instead.
