This Refund Policy outlines the process and conditions under which refunds are issued by The Maniyar.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only when:

  • The return request is approved within 2 days of delivery

  • The product passes quality inspection

  • Mandatory proof (unboxing video & images) is submitted

Refunds requested after 2 days from delivery will not be processed.


Refund Approval Process

  • Once the returned product is received, it will undergo inspection.

  • You will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

  • Approval depends on:

    • Product condition

    • Completeness of packaging

    • Valid proof submission


Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.


Non-Refundable Charges

The following amounts are non-refundable:

  • Shipping charges

  • COD charges

  • Payment gateway fees (if any)


Partial or No Refund Cases

Refunds may be reduced or denied if:

  • The product is used or damaged

  • Tags or original packaging are missing

  • The issue is not visible in the unboxing video

  • Incorrect or insufficient proof is provided


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed and must follow the return process (within 2 days).
